Review of Lolita (1962) by Einar E — 23 Jan 2010
This film is brilliantly executed in every way, wheather we´re talking cinematography or Peter Seller´s acting it´s pure genius. Then add the subtlety of the storyline where Kubrick manages to walk the thin (and at the time very experimental) line of showing you a story but telling a slightly different one through subtle hints, and frankly through what is not shown on camera.
.. This could be the greatest film ever made.
