Do you know how difficult it is to suggest this movie to someone and then explain what it's about? "oh it involves a 12 year old nymphet and a middle-aged pedophile." I usually don't need anymore details than that to scare people away.
however this movie is beautiful and easy to favor. if flixster would let me rate it according to stars, i'd give it 5. I can't wait to get my hands on the novel it's based on.
