Review of Logan's Run (1976) by Jaret M — 25 Dec 2014
In context, this is a smart and intriguing dystopian story that has big, lush sets and a truly big-scale art design. But a mis-cast Michael York and a serious pacing problem in the second half results in a sci-fi film of its time, rather than a timeless sci-fi film.
Still, it has its charms and thrills and should please any cinephile with a hard-lean towards science fiction.
