Review of Logan's Run (1976) by William James S — 27 Nov 2017

I first saw this film on its original release when I was in my late teens. Being a major nerd, I was really excited to see it and rushed to the cinema with all my geeky friends. We all thought that it was amazing.

I just watched it again after many, many years and realised now how corny it was, nothing more than a fancy episode of the 60's version of Star Trek really. Times have greatly changed for the better.

There are some effective matte paintings of a devastated Washington D.C. but all in all, it comes off as archaic.
