Review of Logan's Run (1976) by Gamzguy17 — 21 Aug 2021
An enjoyable sci-fi that bedazzles the eyes and ears thanks to its (now classic) special effects, synthesizer score, set designs, and great chemistry between the Michael York and Jenny Agutter characters.
For some it may come across as too cheesy and sometimes cliché, but to others, like myself, the film uses these negative qualities to enhance its charm and post-apocalyptic message regarding humans' overdependence on technology to govern their lives.
The film reminds us all why its important for us to never forget who we are and to appreciate Mother Earth.
