Review of Living in Oblivion (1995) by Scott G — 31 Jan 2008
Steve bushimi is his comic and indie best as a frustrated director, shooting a very low budget film, and the stress ,eagos and disasters that can go wrong when trying to film simple scenes, from actors blowing his lines, director of photoghraphy not pulling focus, or eagos getting to big for the set, all done in a very funny way and style, a very low budget effort, showing a low budget effrot being made.
observations about life shooting indie film, seems spot on from what I heard, if you like bushimi being whiny, then youll love the role here, and also katherin keener in a early role, great scenes and comic moments,, and great how its kept interesting cnsidering plot.
