Review of Live by Night (2016) by Joshua H — 17 May 2017

The movie is interesting enough to draw you in then subject you to 2 hours and 20 minutes of an epic gangster drama filled to brim with tired mobster cliches that you both know and love. It's like Boardwalk Empire but with slightly less interesting characters who do mundane old timey prohibition sh*t, then sporadically murder each other in a predictable fashion.
