Review of Live and Let Die (1973) by Elliot D — 28 Jul 2008
Live And Let Die was the 8th 'official' James Bond movie and the first of Roger Moores career as the hero. Although it's not a bad film, it's also not a great one. It's still watchable.
The plot of the film can be quite confusing at times. The pre-title sequence for the first time ever doesn't feature Bond. It shows 3 sequences of 3 different agents getting killed. Bond is then sent off to track down Kananga (Yaphet Kotto).
Eventually he goes off to try and kill him and doesn't really explain clearly how all the murders are connected.
