Review of Live and Let Die (1973) by Rowan C — 17 Nov 2010
A good start off for Moore as Bond. But a bit slow in places and a bit stereotypical racist too. But just like the book so the book is to blame, not the film.
Good action sequences. Good acting.
Some downfalls are the bad make-up effects like when the guy blows up at the end. Yes this effect is like 37 years old but could have been better.
Over-all just 60%. Not good but not bad either. Watchable.
