This movie is aggressively stupid, and while I am sure the whole "let's feed him to something" evil BS was in vogue at the time, now a days it seems retarded. And the number of snakes, the bionic henchman, the hoard of criminal lackeys that were feeding information to the crime boss in Harlem, the boat chase that went on for about 3 days too long.
Just so stupid.
