Review of Little Women (1933) by Luis G — 09 Nov 2007
This version of the classic alcott novel is near perfect in every respect. katharine hepburn is probably the quintessential jo march and her sisters, as portrayed by dee, parker and bennett, are equally suited to their roles.
I particularly enjoy montgomery as laurie. and the material is very well served by the ever dependable george cukor.
