Review of Little Women (1933) by Kristal C — 23 Jan 2011
This version of Alcott's book is good but a little precious for my tastes - the sisters never seem like real people and it's all a little stage play-ish. Hepburn makes a great Jo though and Cukor's vision of their world is lovely.
