The weirdest and morbid movie i've ever seen. the story was totally beyond my expectation that firstly I thought it was just a story about a poor infertile woman, since she couldnt give birth to a baby, she crazily treated a tree stump as her child.
then surprisingly, the stump came to live!!! but the fairy tale was not as romantic as it should be, the tree baby started eating human...my deepest feeling about the movie is that any good things will turn to morbidity once go beyond the limit, like the crazy morbid love from the woman, or the daughter of neighbor who trapped ppl even her parents to be eaten by the tree freak!! crazy surrealism.
