Completely charming! Generally I find love stories schmaltzy and corny, but I think it?s because this movie tells the story of a 10 year old boy?s first experience with falling in love which allows it to avoid this trap and just be really sweet instead.
The dialogue is also very good - very snappy and ?New York?. By the end of the movie I was LONGING to be ten and living in the Big Apple!
