1953 American Indie! Whole film on a $30,000 budget and used no professional actors. Charming and engaging story of a little boy who mistakenly thinks he murdered his brother and takes off on the lamb for Coney Island.
There is much to say in such a simple story. This is smart and sweet and a wonderful American classic.
