Review of Little Caesar (1931) by Gabriel W — 10 Oct 2007
A film that charts the rise and inevitable fall of a gangster. hugely influential on numerous modern classics that use a similar narrative thread. At times, however, the editing and cinematography is very stilted.
Still, more than worth seeing for Edward G Robinson's manic performance with some cracking lines.
