Review of Little Boy (2015) by Sofia S — 26 Apr 2015
This is a faith based movie that's excellent for the entire family, but getting trashed by the professional critics,... There's no foul language or raw sex in it... soooo... Of course the professionals ain't gonna like it ...
The plot-line incorporates several themes such as; the ugliness of racial prejudice and bullying, the courage to face one's fears, the strength of forgiveness, and many other elements to make for powerful and moving insight that can apply to thinking people of faith, or no faith at all...
Young Jakob Salvati does a stunning job as "Little Boy"... This verrry talented child actor is on the screen for the entire movie... He turns out a magnificent and unbelievably masterful performance... His angelic charm will make you laugh, then have you crying rivers of tears... (soooo take plenty of Kleenex).. Let's hope the Academy Award people don' t let their anti-religion bias keep them from giving this pint size fellow a best actor nomination...
