Not at all what I expected. It was interesting, a bit flat, a bit unusual .... I suspect they filmed in English because Robert Pattinson played Salvadore Dali. Some scenes were shot beautifully, but it has a 'made for tv' feel to it.
Definitely learned some things about an interesting time in Madrid's history. If you've read or seen any of F Garcia Lorca's plays, or appreciate Dali's art, you should see this.
