Review of Lipstick (2013) by Derek — 25 May 2008
I saw this film on You Tube in 11 parts. Shame the third part was taken off due the fact there was a rape scene in it. But in the end, it looked cool. Margaux Hemmingway made her acting debut in this flick where she plays a fashion model who get brutally raped by Chris Sarandon.
After Sarandon's character gets let off by the court, things start to turn nasty when Sarandon takes it on the daughter, which leaves Hemmingway's character to seek revenge. The critics panned this film and the movie flopped so I don't why a classic film like this one got the thumbs down.
