This film is made on a grand scale to make it a true epic. Omar Mukthtar's few months of life before his death in the battle is shown in this film. He is a Libyan hero who fights the Italian invasion with his army. He makes the heavily armed Italians flee with his brain and power. He like all men are cheated and towards the end the viewer recognizes with grief that Omar will be slain.
