Review of Lion (2016) by Nuncie P — 12 Aug 2017
I remember hearing about this movie during Oscar season and seeing cute little Sunny on all the red carpets. Couple months later I happen to stumble upon it on Netflix, boy was I not prepared for such an amazing movie.
A movie never made me cry that hard before, such a beautiful story, beautifully told, beautifully shot, the cast was amazing, especially the boy that played young Saroo, along with Dev and Nicole. I'm no professional film critic but this was a really great movie.
The fact that is was a true story is amazing.
