Hey, it's the all in one fix your life pill storyline. Cool. let's start the movie with a scene from the end of the movie, just to throw us for a loop. Shoot two worlds- one for depressed Eddie and one for happy pills Eddie with bright colors and sickly glow.
Edgy funny and dark take on a simple and classic idea. With un-memorable side character played by Robert De Niro. It was ok, but the number of plot holes I counted made the script really embarrassingly bad and t just got overly tedious by the 2nd half of the movie.
Even though De Niro's character was really unimportant, I tended to side with him, trying to understand what was so special about Bradley Cooper's character...someone who couldn't do anything for himself, and depended on a bunch of happy pills for success.
