Lilo & Stitch brings the start of a great series of memories to me. Delightful and intelligent, it takes you to the mind of an alien little friendly monster who dreams to find the place he belongs in; and then he finds Lilo, the jumpy orphan girl who's got no one but her sister.
A coincidence brings the two together, and even after almost losing each other, the beast fights up until he stays with his human friend.
