It has some downright hilarious moments, and can also tug on the heartstrings. It's a major improvement on some of the other Disney offerings from the time (Atlantis, Treasure Planet, etc.), but doesn't come close to the films of the 90s.
Still, it's a fun experience, and is without a doubt the strangest thing to come from Disney.
