When my sister and I wanted to watch a random movie, my sister picked Like Mike which I didn't want to watch, but I watched it anyway for a review. Surprisingly, I thought that it's a great kids movie.
Bow Wow and Morris Chestnut are the best part in the movie and their chemistry is really good and funny. The supporting cast are great too, and the characters are well-developed to get you rooting for them.
The main problem I had is that it's very predictable, and there was a lot of moments where I knew where it was going. There's also some plot lines where I didn't like, but there's a lot of good humor and great chemistry that's enough to get the kids entertained and the adults, even if it is predictable.
