Review of Lights Out (2016) by Vasco M — 03 Jan 2017
Lights Out starts strong and works off an intriguing premise that could have been a lot worse in execution. Some dubious acting stands it the movie's own way, as do some logic gaps - mainly why does light in the visible radiation spectrum affect the antagonist and blacklight doesn't when blacklight is in the ultraviolet realm, which is also emitted (though less intensely) by the sun?
