Review of Lifeforce (1985) by Charlie B — 07 Jun 2009
The film started very well, the plot was interesting and the characters and the pacing was picking up. But then it hits a wall and it's all downhill from there. After the Space Girl escapes the facility the movie becomes dull and slow.
I hated the whole body swapping deal and the mixture of a type of vampire with an alien deal was just too much. I love sci fi but when something is as convoluted or a mixture of a lot of things that really don't mix I don't like it.
It had the potential to be so much better but it falls way short.
