Review of Life of the Party (2018) by Andrew R — 12 May 2018
While a lot of scenes were a funny take on college life (which we've already seen millions of times by the way), some of the scenes were just awkward and had nothing to do with any overall stance of the plot. For instance, when Mellisa McCarthy (Deanna) goes to crash a wedding party because she wants to stand up for herself (she's also.
High) and she ends up leaving when her ex husband comes in and see's how she crashed the party. She didn't stand up for herself at all. Overall, not a bad movie to make fun of with your mom on Mother's Day.
