Melissa McCarthy is one of the best actresses in comedy right now and after amazing movies like Bridesmaids and Spy, it's sad to see her in such a vapid movie. Life of the Party does offer a couple of laughs but ultimately it's cringeworthy, embarrassing, and mediocre.
I'd love to see McCarthy in a stellar action comedy again instead of these lame ones she's currently staring in.
