I don't understand why it gets such bad reviews. I laughed for the ENTIRE movie. Seriously, this is one of the most delightful comedies I've seen in a while. Melissa McCarthy and Maya Rudolph are amazing and hilarious.
I mean, it's not high art, but that's what makes it so wonderful. Maximum joke density!
