Review of Life of the Party (2018) by Paula D — 25 May 2018

Hilarious! Perhaps as a 46 year old mom, I am the target demographic for this movie. No, this is not a highbrow film but, if you just want something funny and entertaining, it definitely does the job. Melissa McCarthy never fails to make me laugh, and I haven't laughed so hard in quite awhile.

I saw "I Feel Pretty" a couple of weeks ago, and I laughed in that movie too, but I laughed much harder in this one. I left the theater still chuckling over bits of silliness. To me, there is too much seriousness in the world right now, so it was nice to just sit and laugh for two hours.
