Review of Life of Pi (2012) by Aiden W — 08 Aug 2016

I loved this movie and I am typically a man who loves only comedies. I tend to shy from movies that "make me feel too much", and this movie did just that. But it was wonderful and the message was beautiful.

In terms of re-watchability, I won't watch it again and again, but ever so often when I want to feel emotions. Perhaps that is because the characters and the impact stays with you for so long. This movie hit me harder than most others and I believe it was because it was done SO WELL. I fully recommend it. It's more than a movie, I'd say. It is an experience. But, yes, you will feel things that ordinarily you avoid feeling.
