Review of Life Is Beautiful (1997) by Stephen E — 04 Aug 2012
A sweet and rather innocent look at the darkest period in European history. The film is shown through a childs point of view as his father tries to make light of being in a concentration camp, but it is achieved even the sad bits provoke laughter as the main character is such a delight and does his upmost to keep his son believing they are not in a death/labour camp.
