Review of Life as a House (2001) by Raheel K — 11 Feb 2008
This really was a pretty good movie, a bit cliched at times, yet still quite moving. A very good movie about the trial and tribulations of human relationships, esp. in the face of impending death.
Kevin Kline and Kristin Scott Thomas were great in this movie. Hayden Christensen was a bit over the top with his acting in the beginning but really settled into his role over the course of the film. I didn't really care of Jena Malone or Mary Steenburger's character, but the movie was still quite good despite them.
