Review of Life as a House (2001) by Lucy D — 13 Mar 2008
One of the most emotionally touching, heart-rendering and humane films I've ever witnessed. The character development in particular is what makes this film so easy to fall for in my opinion. Incredibly talented script writing, showing real eloquence in the ability to tap into ordinary people's lives and uncover and find the happiness they long for.
Kevin Klein and Kristin Scott Thomas really show off their talents here as actors.
