Review of Life as a House (2001) by Kevin D — 08 Sep 2008
How great would it be to be able to say the perfect thing at the perfect time. To be able to act in a way that one could be proud his or her own life. Oh, I wish that my life could one day be a life of which someone could be proud. If I could only turn my life around... maybe encourage a few others to turn their lives around. As you can see I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. Kevin Kline was very convincing as George. He reminded me a lot of my father.
How I long for George's honesty. I wish I could be that honest, God knows I try to be, yet I never come off so eloquent, usually I appear childish or weak. And it becomes to humiliating to be completely honest about life.
Anyway... this movie made me feel like I need a hug. More so than I was already feeling!
