Review of Life (2017) by Hazzagalla — 27 Mar 2017

Life definitely gives off the 'Alien' vibes during its tension filled scenes, but that's no downside. The film is certainly more interesting towards the start as we witness living in space through scientist eyes, and once all hell breaks loose there are some really tense moments.

Once the movie accelerates and the action picks up, it does become a bit over the top, some conveniences and plot holes become apparent. But ultimately, Life feels like a very competently made movie, with solid direction, camera work, visuals and characters.

Not underwhelming, just solid.
