What's great about LIFE is that everything in the movie could happen, right now. The next Mars lander mission is scheduled to return soil samples to the ISS for study - and for the same reasons as in the movie - quarantine.
With the recent discovery of earth-like planets a mere 11 light years away, it's becoming increasingly apparent that there should be life other than on earth, and we'd better be VERY CAREFUL! LIFE is well directed and acted by a talented cast.
