Review of Life (2017) by Bradley J — 28 May 2017
Besides a frankly brilliant and bleak twist ending, Life is standard issue alien thriller in a claustrophobic space. The alien looks cool enough and the film has some joltingly gruesome moments, the first death is shocking and brutal, and some solid thrills.
But man that ending will have one's brain reeling. If you see Life, don't let the ending be spoiled, it is one of the sole reasons to invest in the film. Rating: 61.
