A very different aproach than in most movies. I don't like movies when a main character is killed in opening scene, so I wanted to stop watching there. Or a minute later. Or just one or two minutes after that. But I finished movie after all and I'm glad I did!
One would expect shallow jokes out from Eddie's and Martin's mouth, but humor was surprisingly well done and deep, and in a just right amout, to make this sweet/sour "soup" taste delicious.
Movie is in a perfect balance and it deserve better rating than it has. Even watching this movie in 2012 when Eddie is more or less worn out, this movie still works well.
