Masterful cinematography, the slowly moving travellings blend gorgeously with the decor and the lighting (PT Anderson always loves the brash lighting contrasts). Wonderfully quirky acting and cameos; writing is witty.
Pacing is slick as well. A great moment. Maybe the whole endeavour is a bit too shallow, nostalgic and phoned in? Too self-aware? However, compared to the dearth of intelligent films out there, this is still a treat for the eyes and mind.
