Robin williams is going downhill. he used to be great, and now he's starring in subpar romantic comedies. while this movie isn't great by any means, it certainly gives a couple laughs throughout, such as the parts with the mechanical babies or josh flitter's character's comedic performance.
robin williams himself really isn't very funny in this, serving as more of a pest to mandy moore's and john krasiniski's characters, which really brought the enjoyment level down for me. it really ends up being just another forgettable romantic comedy.
