Action sequences were well done, Timothy Dalton makes James Bond a total bad-rear, the song "If You Ask Me To" by Patti LaBelle, I didn't mind. The PG-13 rating works. It looks like they push the limits at certain points but I think it still works.
A 59% audience rating is too low. "Licence to Kill", I think, is criminally underrated. Timothy Dalton closes his run as James Bond on a good note.
