Review of Licence to Kill (1989) by Sunny S — 06 Apr 2009
One of the unheralded great Bond films, Licence To Kill is a very gritty film but certainly one of the best of the bunch. Dalton really was doing well with the character here and its a shame that this was his last performance in the role.
Robert Davi is excellent as the main bad guy and a young Benicio Del Toro is wild as his henchman. Some great scenes and great lines in this film and a good sense of realism throughout make this not only a great Bond, but a great movie in general.
