Review of Licence to Kill (1989) by Chris H — 22 Sep 2012
I think it was one of the better Bond films, the revenge motivation really brings out a different side in the character an one who would go against his own government at that. The story is pretty good, again nothing on a world threatening scale, but it is simple yet enjoyable.
The development of Bond with the story was very well done starting with the capture of the stories villain and then his escape and revenge then Bond's attempt to avenge Felix. The action could have been better as it was a little too plan for a Bond film.
Overall an entertaining watch though, not the best of the series but one of the better ones.
