Licence to Kill is by far the most underrated Bond movie and one that was way ahead of its time. I say this because Timothy Daltonis criticized for exactly what Daniel Craig is being praised for: a darker more gritty Bond.
Licence to Kill has gone unnoticed in the Bond series and it is the fourth best Bond movie ever. Every Bond fan should re-watch this installment.
