Review of Licence to Kill (1989) by Travis H — 23 Jan 2010
13th Favorite Bond Film.
My favorite of Dalton's (two...) Bond films. Robert Davi plays a great Bond villain that makes this a great Bond movie. The plot of 'revenge' isn't as well worked out as it could be, but Carey Lowell and Talisa Soto are great Bond girls that compare and contrast beautifully with Dalton's portrayal of Bond.
Benicio Del Toro plays one of the best evil sidekicks since Oddjob and creeps you out in every scene he's in by taking his joy of harming another human being to the next level.
A definite must-see for the Bond franchise.
