Review of Liberal Arts (2012) by Jack G — 23 Sep 2012
Very charming likable film, that is deeper than your average rom com, dealing with the post college blues that people get, and that transition from being a "kid" to an adult, I could relate to it, and im sure lots of other people can as well, in addition theres the whole age gap problem in the romance between the 2 leads, which I thought was handled well and realistically, thanks mainly to how good radnor and olson are, they are both very likable and they had good chemistry, all the supporting players are good, zac efron really surprised me in a small but funny role, theres a lot of visual style in this film, with good cinematography and use of music and voice over, a lot more than I expected from a guy hos only on his 2nd feature, I hope he continues to make more films.
