Sorry, but 99%? I got a feeling the Russian mafia reached this bunch of "critics"...

Overly long and without any rhythm. A step by step recount of all the ills of current Russian society, starting with the dependency on hard alcohol to endure the horrible climate and brutal corrupt state and ending with the totally amoral nation that has relied on dictatorship to keep it going since the days of Ivan the Terrible. In that sense, it is a good documentary. Although it adds nothing nor does it provide a glimpse of hope.
