Surpassed only by his fabulous work on 'Cobra', Cosmatos proves yet again that the whole is made less by the sum of it's parts. Delirious homage to 'The Thing', '20,000 Leagues' and 'Society', spoilt only by appalling lack of full frontal nudity and too much characterization.
Criminally overlooked by the Academy in 1990, this features the best kiss-off monster flick line of all time: "Say aah, motherfuc*er!" Definitely the worst 'film' of 1989 and the most entertaining cinematic 'romp' of the late 80s.
